In a hamlet 2 km from Quistinic, stay in a self-contained, single-storey, 70 m² half of a longhouse for 2–4 guests (4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children) plus a baby. I occupy the other half part-time. This former traditional farmhouse sits on around 1.5 hectares. Furnishings and décor blend Breton and contemporary styles. Your accommodation includes an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and espresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle), a living room, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds (or one 180 x 190 cm bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. For babies: a travel cot, high chair, changing mat and small bath are available at no extra charge. A washing machine is reserved for your use in a shared utility room adjoining the accommodation. You also have a private garden with a table and portable barbecue, private parking, Wi-Fi and TV (French digital terrestrial channels). Books, comics and board games await in a clock converted into a bookcase. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed: the grounds are unfenced and there are horses in the neighbouring fields. Everything is provided for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Laundry detergent, dishwashing and handwashing products, a hand dryer, a tea towel and cleaning products are provided. Household linen is available on request: bed linen and towels each carry an extra charge per person. Electricity: 10 kWh per day is included in the rate; guests must pay for any additional usage.
